7.5.8. Where can I see which connections are available?

Viewing Available Connections

In this overview, you will learn where you can view the currently available interfaces (connections) in your system. This is important for checking the status of your existing connections or planning new integrations.

Prerequisites

  • You have the appropriate access rights for the configuration settings.
  • The basic modules for interface management are installed.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate in the main menu to the Settings area or the specific module for Interfaces/Connections.
  2. Select the menu item Available Connections or Connection Overview.
  3. In the list that now appears, you will see all preconfigured and active connections.
Result: The overview shows you the current status as well as the types of available interfaces.

Important Notes

  • Please note that additional licenses or API keys may be required for some connections.
  • Note: Regularly check if updates are available for the used interfaces to ensure smooth data transfer.

Troubleshooting

  • Interface is not displayed: Check whether the corresponding plugin or module has been correctly activated.
  • Status is "Inactive": Check the stored access data in the Configuration field.
