Interface no longer visible
It can happen that the user interface of SuCri Modul 2 no longer appears in the visible area of your screen, even though the program is actively running. This guide will help you bring the window back to the foreground and onto your main screen.
Prerequisites
The program SuCri Modul 2 must be started and running as an active process in the background.
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Open Task Manager
Press the key combination
Ctrl + Shift + Escor right-click on the taskbar and select the menu item Task Manager. -
Select SuCri Modul 2
Look for the entry SuCri Modul 2 in the list of running applications under the Processes tab.
-
Maximize window
Right-click on the entry and select the option Maximize.
Result: The interface is automatically enlarged again on the main screen and is thus fully visible once more.
Important Notes
- Positioning: Deliberately position the window on the main screen before closing Modul 2 to avoid this problem in the future.
- Monitor Configuration: Check your display settings if the problem occurs frequently, especially when using multiple monitors or remote desktop connections.
Troubleshooting
- Cause "Ghost Monitor": Windows often saves the last window position. If a second monitor was removed, the window may remain at a virtual position outside the field of vision.
- Alternative Solution: If maximizing does not help, click on the program in the taskbar, press
Alt + Space, select Move and use the arrow keys to bring the window back into the visible area.
