Contents of the Sanitary content pack

This content pack was developed specifically for the requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries. It contains an extensive library of components required for the planning of hygienic and sterile systems.

Our components meet the high hygiene, cleaning and safety standards required in these industries. All components are 100% parametric, programmed in Python and represent an independent adaptation.

With this content pack you receive scripts for:

✅ Approx. 80 different valves, including aseptic, diaphragm and control valves
✅ Connectors in different nominal sizes and hygienic designs
✅Sterile process components, such as pressure transmitters, sensors and piping systems
✅FDA and EHEDG compliant components that are especially suitable for use in sensitive production environments

Optimized for the highest requirements

All components were developed with a focus on the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical and food industries. They enable the hygienic design of piping systems that are easy to clean and CIP and SIP capable.

• Pharmaceutical plants (e.g. biotechnology, active ingredient production, sterile liquids)
• Cosmetic and chemical industries, where the highest purity standards are required

License terms

The license is offered without maintenance. There is no right to change, adapt or expand the included components. If AutoCAD upgrades a function that affects the use of the components, this is the licensee's risk.

The content pack as a single license is offered as a network license and can be used by different people, but not simultaneously. Alternatively, the content pack can be purchased as an unlimited license. Unlimited licenses can be used within the company as often as desired, at the same time and for an unlimited period of time.

The basis of the content pack is the independent and autonomous adaptation of the manufacturer's catalog.

The content packs are currently compatible with Plant3D versions 2023-2026.
