Highlights of the current release

Installer

  •  Enabled verbose logging to improve troubleshooting when installation fails.

Module 1

  • Sikla: Threaded rods are now individually recorded in the parts list, and all components for hanger combinations are displayed in the parts list on the ortho drawing.

Module 2

  • Enhancements

    • Auto-select support now works with steel plates.

    • MTO templates can now use custom name fields to map different header names to property names.

    • VendorCopy has been generalized to work without an Index and now supports steel structures, pipe inline assets, and supports.

  • Fixes

    • Fixed an issue where PLANTHIDE could cause Plant 3D to freeze.
    • Resolved a BIMTrack conflict that could lead to a crash.
    • Kept MTO formatting consistent across outputs.
    • Fixed an error triggered by pressing Enter while selecting supports/clamps.
    • Corrected MTO height display for locked lines.
    • Invalid supports are now ignored when copying properties.

Module 3

  • New

    • Implemented SuCri3SetItemCodes for Plant 3D

  • Enhancements

    • Added an option for screws: do not insert and do not show in ortho
    • Updated Hilti library to the latest version
    • Added a setting to define cutback for M3 connections
      • Default increased to 7 mm (previously too small at ~5 mm).
      • Adjustable (e.g., 10 mm) via settings.
  • Fixes

    • Fixed an issue where cutting a Python profile could sometimes extend it too far.
    • Corrected Hilti angle connection cut behavior in Plant 3D.

.Module 4

  • Enhancements

    • The warning “Can’t find structure width/height” is now written to the command line instead of showing a message box.
    • Added a ready-to-use template in the Resources folder.
    • Total weight rounding now follows the drawing decimal settings.
    • Enabled creation of multiple sections in one SuNo.
    • Additional properties show up in BOM
  • Fixes

    • Prevented crashes when there is no item in the BOM.
    • Fixed centerline behavior.
    • Fixed an issue where copying the Front Area a second time produced different results.
    • Corrected missing header display

Installer

  • The custom PowerShell action has been removed.

  • Test registration now activates modules 1–4.

  • During encryption, all projects are now marked as licensed.

Module 1

  • Enhanced support for Bernecker clamps

  • Installation no longer requires administrator privileges.

Module 2

  • Added ability to show/hide the connection box in XRef.

  • Fix SuNo assignments lost after performing an M3-Connection-Update.

Module 4

  • Fixed an issue that caused M4 to not load.

Installer

  • Disabled the ability to choose a custom installation folder for Modules 2, 3, and 4. All components will now install automatically to %AppData%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins.

Module 1

  • Restricted certain Hilti clamps that are incompatible with the profile.

Module 2

  • The Align Face function now supports both UCS and WCS coordinate systems.

  • Combined the MTO functions (Project + DWG) into a single command: SuCri2GetReport.

  • Combined the Total Height functions (Project + DWG) into a single command: SuCri2GetTotalHeight.

  • Combined the Dynamic Properties functions (Project + DWG) into a single command: SuCri2DynamicProperties.

  • Combined the Update from Spec functions (Project + DWG) into a single command: SuCri2UpdatePropertiesFromSpec.

  • Combined the Replace Support functions (Project + DWG) into a single command: SuCri2ReplaceExistingSupport.

  • Added a copy feature to Dynamic Properties (SuCri2CopyProps).

  • Included block-based supports in MTO function.

Module 3

  • Introduced the SuCri3FixWeightProfiles command in Plant 3D™.

  • M3 now supports both Advance Steel and Plant 3D™ environments. Learn how you can benefit here.

  • Added a feature to display lock screws and anchors using simple line representations.

  • Moved all settings to the user interface (UI).

  • Updated layer naming to match vendor names.

Module 4

  • Updated arrow direction handling for rotated SU to be read in WCS and added visual confirmation arrows.

  • Corrected custom annotation class names.

  • Added dimensioning and annotation support for M3 parts.
