In daily use, SuCri supports you in completing recurring tasks quickly, consistently, and without errors. This chapter describes typical workflows that you will perform regularly.
Open Project and Check License
Start Plant 3D or Advance Steel.
Check in the SuCri License Manager whether your license is displayed as active (green).
If necessary, retrieve your license with Pull or release it for colleagues with Push.
Load Specs and Content
Open the Project Manager and load the included SuCri specs into your current project.
Ensure that the SuCri spec is active before you begin placement.
Place Components
Select the desired function in the SuCri ribbon for the automated placement of supports or secondary steel components.
Benefit from intelligent selection: SuCri automatically suggests suitable combinations and connections.
Perform Validation
Use the integrated validation functions to ensure that the selected connection components are suitable.
If necessary, correct components directly in the model – errors are thus avoided already during the planning phase.
Create Documents
Generate bills of materials (BOMs) with one click – either for the current drawing or for the entire project.
Derive ortho templates and fabrication drawings to document assemblies or supports.
Use the predefined drawing styles for this and adapt them to your corporate standards.
Team Collaboration
Use the license Push/Pull function to share licenses flexibly within the team.
Access shared user profiles to work consistently with the same standards.
Save and version your projects regularly to ensure data integrity.
