10. License Manager
PiCri License Manager – Activate and Manage Licenses
PiCri requires a valid license to use its full range of functions. The integrated License Manager provides you with all the necessary tools to securely activate your licenses, check the current status, and manage existing subscriptions.
Accessing the License Manager
To open the License Manager in your CAD environment, two options are available:
- Ribbon Button: Navigate to the
Licensestab in the ribbon and click on the Licenses icon. - Command Line: Alternatively, enter the command
PiCriLicenseManagerFormdirectly into the command line and confirm with Enter.
The License Manager window is clearly structured to efficiently manage both single-user licenses and extensive customer accounts. Below you will find detailed information on the functional areas.
Functions and Sub-articles
10.1 Customer Licenses
In this area, you manage your licenses centrally via your customer account. Enter your personal, secret customer key and click on "Retrieve" to load a list of all available licenses.
The license overview shows you all active keys, the associated products, and the respective expiration dates. This is the recommended method for users who utilize multiple modules or network licenses.
10.2 Single License
This area is used for the quick activation of a single license key. If you have only received a license code, you can enter and activate it here directly without having to store a full customer account.
This procedure is particularly suitable for unlocking trial versions or specific single-user extensions.
