Frequently asked questions
Basic training requires Plant 3D™ piping knowledge — no prior PiCri experience needed. Administrator training requires Plant 3D™ admin knowledge. We clarify the right entry point in an initial call.
Yes. We align the training to the functions you use or want to use. A focus on isometric automation, catalog synchronisation or administration tasks is just as possible as a complete overview.
Yes. Training takes place at our location or on-site in the Frankfurt area, or as online live training. You choose the format.
German by default. All formats — video course, online live and on-site — are available in English on request.
PiCri is in its final development phase. Training for early adopters and founding partners is already bookable. Get in touch with us.
A foundation training typically takes 1 to 2 days. Administrator training 2 to 3 days depending on scope. Individual training is designed to your needs.
Standard group training is designed for 4 to 8 participants so everyone gets enough hands-on time. 1:1 coaching for key personnel or small groups is also available on request.
Costs depend on format, number of participants and content. Contact us for a binding fixed-price quote.
Yes. After completing a PiCri training, all participants receive a personalised certificate showing the date, format and content covered.
An AutoCAD® Plant 3D™ license (2024 or newer), a working laptop with current drivers and a pre-installed PiCri trial license. For online training additionally a webcam and headset.
