6 months as a freelancer directly at Autodesk in the official expert support for Plant 3D™, resolving complex configuration, database and API issues at the highest level. Broad platform expertise: Plant 3D™ (14+ years), AutoCAD/Mechanical (20+ years), Inventor (14+ years), Advance Steel (9+ years), Vault (10+ years), Revit, Navisworks, Forge / APS.

From CAD plug-in to cloud platform
In-house developments in .NET / C#, Python, TypeScript and Forge / APS, from plug-ins for Plant 3D™ and Inventor through REST APIs to web-based engineering platforms with AI integration. An engineering company that builds software like a product company.

Project management & technical responsibility
More than 14 years of industrial practice, 10 of those in project management. Responsibility for schedules, budgets, quality, supplier coordination, technical clarification and interface management in highly interdisciplinary teams.
Foundation
Precision mechanic & mechanical engineering technician
The foundation: apprenticeship as a precision mechanic at Koloseus Metallverarbeitung GmbH, followed by a role as foreman. Setting up and programming 5-axis CNC milling and turning centres, first experience with CAM software (SolidCAM) for machining complex 3D geometries. This hands-on understanding of manufacturing and materials still shapes how Markus Rufflar develops CAD solutions today: not just on screen, but with real-world knowledge of what actually works. Completed by graduation from the State Technical College as a state-certified mechanical engineering technician and acquisition of the Fachhochschulreife.

Markus Rufflar is a mechanical engineering technician, CAD architect and software developer in one person, a rare combination that makes the difference in every project. For more than 14 years he has accompanied industrial engineering ventures across plant engineering, process technology, mechanics, steel structures, architecture and infrastructure, from concept phase to operational handover.
As a long-standing project manager, Plant 3D™ administrator and Autodesk specialist he has been responsible for more than 50 national and international projects, including a period as a freelancer directly in the official Autodesk expert support for Plant 3D™. What drives him is genuine curiosity: the pleasure of taking on challenges in Plant 3D™ that others consider unsolvable and developing solutions where others have failed. There is no such thing as impossible.
With IntegaDesign, founded in 2017 and based in Dreieich, he has built a studio that does not just plan but develops its own software. Products like SuCri® and SpecCheck as well as custom plug-ins are born from real project experience and flow directly back into the next engagement.
His ambition is clear: to make enterprise-grade engineering accessible to companies of every size. IntegaDesign delivers exactly what classic CAD offices cannot and what pure software companies do not understand.

The name
IntegaDesign
IntegaDesign is no coincidence: Intega derives from the Latin integer, meaning whole, honest, unblemished. Design stands for deliberate construction and planning. Together they are our standard: solutions that don't just work, but convince through their thoroughness.

Our story
2017
Foundation of IntegaDesign
IntegaDesign founded as a sole trader, specialised engineering and CAD service provider based in the Rhine-Main region.
2020
Development of SuCri® begins
Development starts on an in-house tool for pipe support and steel structure planning in Plant 3D™, initially for internal use, automating the placement of primary and secondary steel structures including automatic drawing derivation.
2022
SpecCheck & Content Packs
The product portfolio grows: SpecCheck for automated specification checks and Python-based Content Packs for complete, standards-compliant part catalogs in Plant 3D™.
2023
SuCri® Version 1 & Foundation of IntegaDesign GmbH
SuCri® launches with its first official version. At the same time, IntegaDesign converts to a GmbH and is registered at the commercial register Offenbach (HRB 55453), location: Otto-Hahn-Strasse 36, 63303 Dreieich.

Location Dreieich
Our office is located at Otto-Hahn-Strasse 36 in Dreieich, in the heart of the Rhine-Main region with direct access to Frankfurt, the Rhine-Main industrial belt and the international airport.
Our focus is on the DACH region, with customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Beyond that, we have already successfully completed international projects. Thanks to modern remote workflows and Autodesk Forma, distance is not an obstacle. For strategic workshops we are happy to be on site.
Rhine-Main as a location gives us short distances to many customers in the process, chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as machinery and plant builders.
