- Check SKEY availability: Check the project metadata to see if the SKEYs (Symbol Keys) for supports are registered. The star symbol ("*") always appears when Isogen cannot find a matching symbol for the SKEY or if the SKEY is missing.
- Set up SKEYs manually: If SKEYs are missing, import them manually into the project from the SuCri installation directory. Ensure that the assignment is correctly stored in the IsoSymbolDefinition.xml.
