In this chapter you receive a detailed overview of the technical specifications and system requirements of the SuCri software. In the following sections you will learn everything worth knowing about the supported software platforms, the available interfaces as well as the modular structure of the system.
Supported software platforms
The software is optimized for use in modern CAD environments. The following platforms are supported:
- Autodesk Plant 3D: From version 2023
- Autodesk Advance Steel: From version 2023 (including specific adaptations for version 2025 and newer)
- AutoCAD base: 64-bit versions only
Interfaces & integration
For smooth integration into your existing IT infrastructure, SuCri uses standardized interfaces:
- Bundle interface: Use of the official Autodesk interface for a clean plugin integration.
- License manager: Management is handled via an efficient pull/push system with a central license key.
Modules & extensibility
SuCri has a modular structure in order to flexibly cover different requirements:
- Module 1: Contains the basic functions such as supports, validation and the creation of bills of materials.
- Module 2: Comprises the turbo tools as well as the management of dynamic properties.
- Module 3: Offers advanced integration with Autodesk Advance Steel (including patcher functionality).
- Module 4: Focus on documentation and the creation of special ortho templates.
