Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open Management Tools

    Start the Plant 3D Management Tools and select the corresponding project database where the import problem is occurring.

  2. Check Tables

    Navigate to the Table Editor and identify the existing incorrect mapping in the relevant tables. Specifically examine the tables UserMapping and ProfileMapping.

  3. Remove Incorrect Mapping
