Besides error diagnosis, SuCri also thrives on the ideas of its users. In this chapter you will learn how to propose new functions, which channels are available to you for this, and which information is necessary for an efficient review by our team. We divide this process into the objective, the submission channels, the required content, and the further procedure after your submission.

Goal of feature requests

The continuous submission of improvement suggestions primarily pursues the following goals:

  • Further development of SuCri according to the concrete needs of users.
  • Integration of industry-specific requirements.
  • Improvement of efficiency and user-friendliness through practical suggestions.

Channels for feature requests

You can send us your requests in two ways:

1. Directly from within SuCri:
Using the command SuCriSendSupportRequest, you can submit not only errors but also feature requests. In the Subject field, please select the option Feature Request.

2. By email:

  • Send your request directly to the helpdesk at: helpdesk@integadesign.de

Content of a feature request

So that we can review your idea as well as possible, we recommend that you provide the following information:

  • Description: A brief explanation of the desired function.
  • Use case: At which point in the workflow should the function support you?
  • Benefit: What concrete advantages does the function bring for you or your team?
  • Urgency: Is it a „nice-to-have“ or a critical requirement?

Procedure after submission

As soon as your request has reached us, it is processed according to this scheme:

  • Your request is thoroughly reviewed by the IntegaDesign team.
  • Depending on its relevance and feasibility, it is included in the strategic development roadmap.
  • The release notes transparently document which feature requests were successfully implemented.
