Besides troubleshooting, SuCri also thrives on the ideas of its users. In this chapter you will learn how to suggest new features, which channels are available to you for this, and which information our team needs to review your request efficiently. We divide this process into the objective, the submission channels, the required content and the further procedure after your submission.

Purpose of feature requests

The continuous submission of improvement suggestions primarily pursues the following goals:

  • Further development of SuCri according to the specific needs of its users.
  • Integration of industry-specific requirements.
  • Improvement of efficiency and usability through practical suggestions.

Ways to submit feature requests

You can send us your requests in two ways:

1. Directly from SuCri:
With the SuCriSendSupportRequest command you can submit not only errors but also feature requests. The Subject field is a free text field and is prefilled with Problem with SuCri. Replace the text, for example, with Feature request: and a short title. We do not need the automatically attached crash data for a feature request, so you can deselect it.

2. By email:

  • Send your request directly to the helpdesk at: helpdesk@integadesign.de

Content of a feature request

So that we can review your idea as well as possible, we recommend that you provide the following information:

  • Description: A short explanation of the desired feature.
  • Use case: At which point in the workflow should the feature support you?
  • Benefit: What specific advantages does the feature offer you or your team?
  • Urgency: Is it a "nice-to-have" or a critical requirement?

Procedure after submission

As soon as we have received your request, it is processed according to this scheme:

  • Your request is reviewed in detail by the IntegaDesign team.
  • Depending on relevance and feasibility, it is included in the strategic development roadmap.
  • The release notes transparently document which feature requests have been successfully implemented.
