Prerequisites
Make sure that the SuCri add-on is installed on your system and that you have editing rights for the isometric configuration of the current Plant 3D project.
Step-by-step guide
- Check the installation: Check whether the SuCri installation was carried out completely. In the project directory, check whether the supplied symbol libraries are present. Expected result: All installation paths of SuCri are reachable.
- Check SKEY availability: In the project metadata, check whether the SKEYs (Symbol Keys) for supports are registered. The asterisk symbol ("*") always occurs when Isogen does not find a matching symbol for the SKEY or the SKEY is missing.
- Set up SKEYs manually: If SKEYs are missing, load them manually into the project from the SuCri installation directory. Make sure that the assignment is correctly stored in the IsoSymbolDefinition.xml.
- Validate the association: Make sure that the supports used in the 3D construction use exactly the SKEY that was defined in the symbol library.
- Regenerate the isometric: Start the isogeneration for the affected lines again. Expected result: Instead of the asterisk symbol, the correct graphic symbols for the supports are now displayed.
