Installing Module 2, detailed design
In this guide you will learn how to correctly set up Module 2, detailed design on your system using the installation program. A clean installation ensures that all necessary components and extensions are loaded properly and function smoothly in your CAD environment.
Prerequisites
- The current installation package for Module 2 is available locally on your system.
- You have the necessary administrator permissions to install software.
Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Start the installation process
Start the process by running the corresponding installation file with a double click.
Expected result: The installation wizard opens.

Step 2: Select extensions
Select your desired extensions (extension components) in the following dialog window that you need for your work with Module 2.

Step 3: Confirm the installation path
Confirm the installation path. The bundle is installed by default in the
APPDATAdirectory of your local user profile. -
Step 4: Accept the terms of use
Read the terms of use carefully and accept them in order to continue with the process.

Step 5: Carry out the installation
Click the Install button to start copying the files to your hard drive.

Step 6: Completing the setup
As soon as the process has been completed successfully, click Finish to close the wizard.
Expected result: Module 2 is now ready for use and integrated into your CAD environment.
Important notes
- Installation path: The bundle is stored by default in the following system path:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins. - Avoid file conflicts: Make sure that the corresponding target application (e.g. Autodesk Revit or AutoCAD) is completely closed during the installation.
- Best practice: After the installation, check in the plugin settings of your software whether all selected extensions have been loaded correctly.
