5.1.1. AllowReversePipeShoe, Module 2 Settings

Overview

With the AllowReversePipeShoe setting, pipe shoes can also be placed hanging. This creates additional flexibility in the design and placement of support systems and is particularly helpful with space restrictions or special orientation requirements.

For supports from the manufacturer Sikla, this setting has no effect. In addition, the pipe shoes LA, LC and LD can only be placed if the pipe sits above the profile.

Values

The default value of the setting is 1.

Possible values:

1 (On): Pipe shoes may also be placed hanging.
0 (Off): Pipe shoes can only be placed if the pipe sits above the profile.

Example

Value 1: If the pipe sits below the profile, pipe shoes can also be selected with the Turbo Tools function Support.
Pipe shoe placed hanging because the AllowReversePipeShoe setting is 1

Value 0: Pipe shoes can only be selected if the pipe sits above the profile.
Pipe shoe can only be placed downwards because the AllowReversePipeShoe setting is 0
