Interface no longer visible

It can happen that the user interface of SuCri Module 2 no longer appears in the visible area of your screen, even though the program is actively running. This guide helps you to bring the window back to the foreground and onto your main screen.

Prerequisites

The program SuCri Module 2 must be started and running as an active process in the background.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open the Task Manager

Press the key combination Ctrl + Shift + Esc or right-click on the taskbar and select the menu item Task Manager.

  2. Select SuCri Module 2

In the list of running applications in the Processes tab, look for the entry SuCri Module 2.

  3. Maximize the window

Right-click on the entry and select the option Maximize.

Result: The interface is automatically displayed enlarged again on the main screen and is thus fully visible again.

Important notes

  • Positioning: Before closing Module 2, deliberately position the window on the main screen in order to avoid this problem in the future.
  • Monitor configuration: Check your display settings if the problem occurs more frequently, especially when using several monitors or remote desktop connections.

Troubleshooting

  • Cause "ghost monitor": Windows often saves the last window position. If a second monitor was removed, the window can remain at a virtual position outside the field of view.
  • Alternative solution: If maximizing does not help, click on the program in the taskbar, press Alt + Space, select Move and use the arrow keys to bring the window back into the visible area.
