5.1.20. SuNoFreeNumber, Module 2 Settings
On this page
Overview
Specifies the number of digits with which the sequential number (placeholder FreeNumber) is written in the SU number. The number is padded with leading zeros to this number of digits. With the value 3, for example, 001, 002 to 999 are generated. Numbers that need more digits are written in full without truncation, so with the value 3 they have four digits from 1000 onward.
With the default format SU{FreeNumber}, this results in, for example, SU007 or SU1234.
Where can I find the setting?
Open the Settings window with the command SuCriSettings or in the SuCri ribbon via the Settings button. On the left, select the Module 2 tab, then the General sub-tab, group Attach support (SU number). There the setting is called SU number digits. Apply changes with Save.
